The exact system I use to organise 600+ of my own recipes and recipes I've found online or in my cookbooks - searchable by cuisine, dish type, vegetables and more. Duplicate it, start adding your own recipes, and never lose a dish in a messy folder of screenshots again. It's also a great way to get inspiration for your menus as a private chef. I use notion for this as it means you can use it across all devices.
